Adds [Donor] tag to the end of your name!

You can only edit your own items in your house. You can only edit up to 10 meters away. You can't edit other people stuff or in others houses. You can only edit barricades. You cant edit things under the map. 

IF YOU ARE CAUGHT BREAKING ANY OF THE RULES/RESTRICTIONS YOU WILL GAIN A DONOR STRIKE. 2 STRIKES = REMOVAL
